Problem: Air Force quickly needed to track foreign nationals visiting hundreds of installations worldwide.
Solution: Solution: Deploy a Web-based user-friendly tracking system on a secure DoD network within 9 months.
Result: Cornerstone system deployed at 174 Air Force security offices (350 user workstations) world-wide within 9 month deadline. Used Oracle 8i/9i technology with special purpose PL/SQL and JAVA routines making the system "active." DoD is adopting the system department-wide with anticipated 3,000+ users. Other homeland security agencies also showing interest.
