Problem: Multi-users needed access to over 300 industry plans, as well as government regulations and plans.
Solution: Develop and maintain a Lotus Notes database and document imaging system. Use Jukebox Mass Storage but allow for alternative distribution of information.
Result: Over 600,000 pages of plans scanned into system. Regulations and laws placed into database. All correspondence and documentation of industry plan review process entered into database.
