Solution: Developed an Oracle-based model that examines different scenarios with a securities historical database and various projected forecasts. Migrate existing financial data repository on VAX to state-of-the-art Internet application.
Result: Proforma system and forecast model is used by domestic financial analysts to plan future Treasury auctions and buy-back strategies.
